Our Returns Policy
Our policy does not allow for the return of prescribed medication or medical devices. This is for safety reasons due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK, and we are not authorised to resell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely.
If we are unable to dispense your medication for any reason, we will refund you the full amount within 3-5 working days of receiving the order.
If you believe there has been a mistake in your order (for example, medication you did not order, incorrect quantity, or strength), please contact us immediately, and we will try to rectify the matter.
For other items (non-medical), you can return any unwanted items within seven days of receipt for a refund or replacement, as long as they are undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel the order up until the pharmacy accepts your prescription request.
Returns

- Not as described
- Damaged or faulty

- If your card expires before the refund is processed, please contact us with updated details.
- For alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal), we will refund via the original method.

- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days.
- In rare cases, it may take up to 14 days (e.g., bank processing delays).
